User Account & Account Deletion

  • Authentication: Access is restricted to authorized Sefar sales representatives and approved distributors. User credentials and access permissions are managed centrally via Sefar.com.
  • Account Deletion: You can delete your app account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the App settings ("Delete Account") or by contacting our support.

Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

  • User preferences and app settings
  • App cache and session tokens
  • Documents explicitly downloaded or saved locally by the user

All locally stored data is deleted automatically upon uninstalling the App.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

To evaluate and improve app performance and usability, we use Google Analytics.

  • Consent: Analytics tracking requires explicit opt-in when launching the App for the first time.
  • Control: Tracking can be enabled or disabled at any time in the App menu.
  • Anonymization: IP addresses are processed in truncated (anonymized) form only. No credentials or login data are transmitted.

Device Permissions

The App requests device permissions only when required for specific features:

  • Camera & Photo/Media Library: Required only when using the "Ask Sefar" feature to capture or upload images and media. Access is requested via system prompt and can be managed in your device settings.
